About Carrissa Wells
My passion for real estate started early, growing up in Derby, Kansas, surrounded by a family of builders, developers, investors, and Realtors. Being immersed in the industry from so many angles gave me a strong foundation and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in real estate.
I began my career in 2000 by founding a successful property management company, where I gained hands-on experience managing properties, working with tenants and owners, and navigating the day-to-day realities of real estate. In 2019, I expanded my career by becoming a licensed Realtor, allowing me to help clients buy and sell with confidence.
I’m licensed in both Kansas and Oklahoma and am committed to continuing my education so I can provide the best guidance possible. I hold designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), along with certifications as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). I am also a member of the Kansas CCIM Chapter, further strengthening my knowledge in commercial real estate.
With a background that spans property management, residential, and commercial real estate, I’m able to help my clients see the full picture and make informed decisions.
